FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™

If you are an international fan you will need to arrange accommodation. This will be a key part of your time in Qatar and a broad range of options will be ready to host you in 2022. This includes hotels, apartments and villas, as well as Fan Village desert camping and rooms aboard cruise ships. Whether you stay in downtown Doha, at an urban island residence or by the incredible beaches, everything is within easy reach. You’ll even have the possibility to attend more than one match a day during the group stage as all our stadiums are only a short distance away from one another, with no need to change accommodation throughout the tournament.

Accommodation bookings will open after 21 March 2022. Qatar looks forward to welcoming you to a land where the old blends seamlessly with the new, where nature meets the city and where pristine waters lap desert sands.

Successful ticket applicants are reminded that at the request of the Qatari authorities all local and international fans will need to apply for a Hayya Card [and confirm their accommodation plans] after purchasing their tickets in order to enter the State of Qatar and access the stadiums. Applications for a Hayya Card will open after 21 March 2022.

Hayya Card is operated by the government of the State of Qatar. FIFA is not responsible for its application process, issuance and/or use. For more information, please visit
