How to Apply for Tickets
It is NOT currently possible to apply for tickets; fans can only pay for the tickets allocated to them in relation to successful or partially successful ticket applications submitted during the random selection draw sales period that finished on 8 February 2022. Please check FIFA.com/tickets regularly to find out when further FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ tickets will be available to apply for/purchase and how to do so.
Fans who have been successful or partially successful with the ticket applications submitted during the random selection draw sales period of Sales Phase (1) MUST PAY FOR THEIR TICKETS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, FROM 11:00 CET/13:00 DOHA TIME ON 8 MARCH 2022 AND BY NO LATER THAN 11:00 CET/13:00 DOHA TIME ON 21 MARCH 2022. After 11:00 CET/13:00 Doha time on 21 March 2022, no further payments will be accepted and ticket applications for which full payment has not been received will be cancelled in their entirety.
As all ticket allocations are contingent upon full and timely payment for all the tickets allocated, if full payment is not received by 11:00 CET/13:00 Doha time on 21 March 2022, the respective ticket applications and allocations will be cancelled and none of the tickets in question will be available for the ticket applicant’s use.
Successful ticket applicants are reminded that at the request of the Qatari authorities, all local and international fans attending FIFA World Cup 2022™ matches will need to obtain a Hayya Card. All international fans must also confirm their accommodation plans after purchasing their tickets in order to enter the State of Qatar and access the stadiums. This will be available after 21 March 2022. For more information, and to explore accommodation options, please visit Qatar2022.qa.
Hayya Card is operated by the government of the State of Qatar. FIFA is not responsible for its application process, issuance and/or use. For any questions relating to the Hayya Card please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact email@example.com, for enquiries regarding the accommodation options.

The random selection draw sales period of Sales Phase (1) started at 11:00 CET/13:00 Doha time on 19 January 2022 and finished at 11:00 CET/13:00 Doha time on 8 February. Three types of tickets were made available: Individual Match Tickets (IMTs), Team Specific Ticket Series (TSTs) and Four-Stadium Ticket Series (FSTs).
During this sales period, ticket applicants were able to submit their ticket applications at any time, without any preference being given in respect of the submission date (i.e. earlier submissions did not have a better chance of success than later submissions). In this sales period, ticket applications were not processed as a real-time purchase.
If demand for a given match and/or ticket category exceeded the available ticket inventory for the domestic or international market, (a) random selection draw(s) took place to determine which applicants were allocated tickets. If such tickets were not oversubscribed, the relevant tickets were allocated to the respective applicants. All ticket allocations are subject to full payment. FIFA Ticketing may conduct random draws in any manner that it deems appropriate, including by reserving certain percentages of tickets for allocation amongst certain applicant groups (for example, based on the country of residency of applicants), and FIFA Ticketing’s decisions are final in all matters related to random selection draws. Efforts are made to ensure fairness by following established algorithms. A ticket applicant may have been successful, partially successful or unsuccessful in being allocated the tickets for which they applied.
