My Ticket Application
It is the responsibility of ticket applicants to check the details and status of the ticket applications that they submitted during the random selection draw sales period of Sales Phase (1) for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ tickets.
It is NOT currently possible to apply for tickets.
Successful ticket applicants are reminded that at the request of the Qatari authorities, all local and international fans attending FIFA World Cup 2022™ matches will need to obtain a Hayya Card. All international fans must also confirm their accommodation plans after purchasing their tickets in order to enter the State of Qatar and access the stadiums. This will be available after 21 March 2022. For more information, and to explore accommodation options, please visit Qatar2022.qa.
Hayya Card is operated by the government of the State of Qatar. FIFA is not responsible for its application process, issuance and/or use. For any questions relating to the Hayya Card please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact email@example.com, for enquiries regarding the accommodation options.
The random selection draw sales period of Sales Phase (1) for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ tickets closed on 8 February 2022; after this date, ticket applications could no longer be submitted, changed or withdrawn.
During this random selection draw sales period, ticket applicants were able to submit their ticket applications at any time, without any preference being given in respect of the submission date (i.e. earlier submissions did not have a better chance of success than later submissions). In this sales period, ticket applications were not processed as a real-time purchase.
In cases where demand for a given match and/or ticket category exceeded the available ticket inventory for the domestic or international market, (a) random selection draw(s) took place to determine which applicants were allocated tickets. If such tickets were not oversubscribed, the relevant tickets were allocated to the respective applicants. All ticket allocations are subject to full payment.
Ticket applicants may have been successful, partially successful or unsuccessful in being allocated the tickets for which they applied.
The FIFA Ticketing Centre tried to notify all ticket applicants of the outcome of their ticket application by email from 8 March 2022 onwards, but please note that it is the responsibility of ticket applicants to check the details and status of their ticket applications by accessing their FIFA ticketing account. This can be done by clicking on “Check the status of your ticket application now!” above.
If you have been successful or partially successful with the ticket application that you submitted during the random selection draw sales period, ACT IMMEDIATELY and pay for your tickets by clicking on “Pay for your tickets now” below to secure your seats at the most prestigious tournament in the world. If you do not pay for all the tickets that have been allocated to you by 11:00 CET/13:00 Doha time on 21 March, your entire ticket application will be cancelled and you will lose the tickets in question.
It is NOT possible to apply for tickets during this period; fans can only pay for the tickets allocated to them in relation to successful or partially successful ticket applications submitted during the random selection draw sales period that finished on 8 February 2022.
